Doug Ament

Sales agent

Doug has worked in and around real estate since 2009 as both a realtor and investor. His finance degree from UW-Whitewater, master’s in public health from Emory, and carpentry diploma from Nova Scotia make him a pragmatic and detail-oriented yet compassionate human. Doug has always tried to serve humanity with his whole heart and believes in connecting people with homes, not houses.

Doug understands this difference first-hand. Having traveled the world, he and his family moved from Washburn to their “dream house” in Nova Scotia, only to have the Chequamegon Bay community call them back home.

As a combat veteran, first responder, wildland firefighter, humanitarian, public health worker and trained hostage negotiator, you can trust that Doug can navigate literally any hiccup that might arise in your real estate transaction.

In the spirit of community supporting community, Doug donates 5% of his commission to a local organization of the client’s choice and 5% to his.
